Portraying Human Minds is my research topic. The two films of choice is Enduring Love and The Notebook because both dig into the minds of characters and romance. Enduring Love shows how one can be so obsessive over another person without them even knowing it, and the notebook shows how one can care so much about another even with a health condition such as Alzheimer's.

I think looking at the Portrayal of Alzheimer's in The Notebook is a better, more doable topic. The film takes some liberties with the actual symptoms of this terrible disease. --Prof. Dragan
